Executive Alignment of Business Vision, Objectives, and Automation Strategy
Following an enterprise merger, a Strategic Design Program was delivered.
In a series of interactive workshops and strategy reviews, the program’s structured framework was applied across areas of the combining businesses, their operational activity and associated processes within these.
The program enabled the identification of automation use cases aligned to the strategic vision and objectives and validation of these against the feasibility of automation.
This was a critical first step in setting the foundations for future automation initiatives.
